We want you to love your XPLORER gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple.


Pre-Order Policy 🚀

  • Immediate Payment: All pre-orders are charged at checkout to secure your spot.
  • Shipping Date: Pre-orders are scheduled to ship between October 9–12, 2025.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, cancellations are not guaranteed as your item is reserved in limited inventory.
  • Refunds & Returns: Once your order ships, our standard 30-day return policy applies (items must be unused, in original packaging).
  • Delays: If shipment is delayed, you’ll be notified by email. You can request a full refund any time before your backpack is shipped.

  • We’ll ship your new pack out free of charge.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
  • Refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Email us: Send an email to support@shopxplorgear.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange
  • We’ll reply fast: You’ll get step-by-step instructions along with the return address.
  • Ship it back: Drop off your package at any carrier of your choice. Please keep your return receipt as proof of shipment.
  • Get updated: Once we receive your return, we’ll email you right away and process your exchange or refund.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopxplorgear.com.
  • Please include photos, and we’ll make it right — fast.
